YES! Most students haven't touched watercolors since they were a kiddo, playing around with a $1 set.
After a few years of teaching workshops, I have been in awe of what first time artists are able to create. I find that the hardest part of painting for beginners is usually the drawing, and we use traceable outlines so that part is made super simple.
With that being said, even I still make paintings that I don’t like - fairly often. It just takes some patience and practice.
Not much! You will need access to a computer, a camera (if you want to share your art on our community facebook page, and your phone will do perfectly), a Facebook account (if you want to join the online community).
For creating, there will be a list of supplies for each monthly lesson. Most of them are the same each month and the list will always be very short. You have 2 options for buying your supplies:
- Pre-packaged supply kits are $42. You can find those kits HERE.
- Recommended supplies will be posted prior to the lesson within the Download section of each upcoming lesson. I will have Amazon Affiliate links to order online, or you will be free to purchase anywhere else!
In most cases, your final project will take 1 to 2 hours.
Lessons will broken down into simple steps so that you won't spend additional time with content that you don't need.
Yes, anytime! Monthly membership is currently $19/mo and will increase in future enrollment periods. If you cancel your membership, you will be asked to pay the current asking price upon your return.
